Scrivo da Verona ed ho acquisto dei capi on-line, ma uno di questi non era della mia misura. Successivamente ho contattato la ditta F.lli Mele e il sig. Mario mi ha rassicurato e rinviato il materiale corretto senza battere ciglio.  I congratulate the staff and in particular with Mr. Mario who helped me in my after-sales purchase. I write from Verona and I bought some items online, but one of them was not my size. Later I contacted the F.lli Mele company and Mr. Mario reassured me and sent the corrected material back without batting an eye. Being an entrepreneur myself, I greatly appreciated the TRUST, CORRECTNESS and SPEED in managing my needs, delivering the item to be replaced in a very short time. Congratulations !!!
