★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 30 minuti per ordinare due panini, un'ora e mezza per riceverli, con 11 persone sedute (compresi io e la mia ragazza) senza portarci nel frattempo nemmeno la bottiglia d'acqua che avevano ordinato. E quando ho chiesto di avere almeno l'acqua mi guardano anche con sguardo scocciato. Penso non serva altro.
30 minutes to order two sandwiches, an hour and a half to receive them, with 11 people seated (including me and my girlfriend) without even bringing us the bottle of water they had ordered. And when I asked to have at least water, they also look at me with an annoyed look. I think nothing else is needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pensavo di essermi abituata alla lentezza del servizio, e invece non avevo ancora visto tutto: 40 minuti per ordinare e 45 per avere una piadina (con bar quasi vuoto). Piadine fatte senza guanti (e questo giuro non l’avevo mai visto). Di solito compensano con la simpatia, ma qui manca anche quella. Un disastro, il posto peggiore in cui sono stata.
I thought I had gotten used to the slow service, but I hadn't seen everything yet: 40 minutes to order and 45 to have a flatbread (with the bar almost empty). Piadine made without gloves (and I swear I've never seen this before). They usually make up for it with sympathy, but that's missing here too. A disaster, the worst place I've ever been.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che il menù consiste in semplici panini e piadine: abbiamo ordinato delle piadine alle 13 e siamo stati serviti (per modo di dire perché per velocizzare siamo andati noi al banco a prenderci il cibo) dopo un'ora..per il mestiere di ristoratore il servizio è fondamentale, qua assolutamente non ci siamo.
Ulteriore nota negativa: personale antipatico e supponente, hanno cucinato a mani nude e senza guanti in barba alle più elementari norme igieniche.
I state that the menu consists of simple sandwiches and wraps: we ordered wraps at 1pm and we were served (so to speak because to speed up we went to the counter to get our food) after an hour ... for the job of restaurateur service is essential, we are absolutely not here.
Another negative note: unpleasant and opinionated staff, they cooked with bare hands and without gloves in spite of the most basic hygiene rules.
