★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 65€ di riparazione, restituisco il giorno dopo il lettore cd che manifesta lo stesso problema, dopo rassicurazioni che avendo già pagato non mi sarebbe costato nullaltro, mi viene restituito sempre guasto dopo tre mesi con la motivazione che la riparazione costava loro troppo. Pessimi.

Devo dire che sono stati molto professionali,disponibili,cortesi,puntuali,anzi, hanno fatto di tutto per consegnarmi il prodotto,il prima possibile, nonostante lo abbiano dovuto mandare al nord Italia!Complimenti!
A few months ago, I brought the item bought in another store, but it was under warranty and the assistance was really Mega service! I must say that they were very professional, helpful, courteous, punctual, indeed, they did everything to deliver the product to me as soon as possible, even though they had to send it to northern Italy! Congratulations!
