La commessa l' ha fatta provare più di un vestito di qualsiasi modello, fin quando non ha trovato quello giusto per lei. La sarta per gli aggiusti anch'essa gentilissima e professionale. Cortesia e gentilezza fanno parte dello staff. Sicuramente ci ritornerò per i miei prossimi eventi. Very kind staff, they helped my daughter in choosing the dress even though she had many uncertainties and fears. The saleswoman had her try on more than one dress of any model, until she found the right one for her. The seamstress for the adjustments also very kind and professional. Courtesy and kindness are part of the staff. I will definitely be back for my next events.

Questo pomeriggio ho telefonato e chiesto se fosse possibile recarmi presso l'atelier per un abito per una prima comunione ed altri due abiti da cerimonia. Sono stata invitata ad andare in negozio nonostante non avessi appuntamento. Entro con le persone che mi accompagnavano ed in sala troviamo due commesse. Al nostro "Buonasera" una commessa resta di spalle continuando a parlare con una cliente (e non si girerà fino alla nostra uscita). L'altra va avanti e indietro e solo dopo 10 minuti ci rivolge la parola dicendoci di iniziare a dare uno sguardo ai cinque (5) abiti da comunione appesi. Entra una terza commessa e finalmente, dopo 20 minuti, sentiamo il primo "buonasera". Chiede chi fosse il primo di turno. Rispondiamo che c'eravamo noi. Ci chiede se avessimo una prenotazione ma diciamo di no. Un'altra signora dice che lei ha un appuntamento e dunque la commessa, senza nemmeno controllare il cognome e verificare la veridicità dell'appartamento, dice alla mia amica che noi dobbiamo aspettare e va via con l'altra cliente. Sia ben chiaro... Il problema non é affatto l'attesa! Ma l'assoluta maleducazione delle commesse. Stasera avete perso tre clienti e vi siete beccati una pessima recensione! Cambiate mestiere. Bad customer service !!! This afternoon I phoned and asked if it was possible to go to the atelier for a dress for a first communion and two other formal dresses. I was invited to go to the shop even though I didn't have an appointment. I enter with the people who accompanied me and in the room we find two shop assistants. At our "Good evening" a saleswoman stays behind while continuing to talk to a customer (and won't turn around until we leave). The other goes back and forth and only after 10 minutes does she speak to us telling us to start taking a look at the five (5) hanging communion dresses. A third order enters and finally, after 20 minutes, we hear the first "good evening". He asks who was the first on duty. We reply that we were there. He asks us if we had a reservation but we say no. Another lady says that she has an appointment and therefore the saleswoman, without even checking the surname and verifying the veracity of the apartment, tells my friend that we have to wait and leaves with the other client. Let me be clear ... The problem is not waiting at all! But the absolute rudeness of the orders. You lost three customers tonight and got a bad review! Change jobs.

Super gentile, cortese e disponibile ha capito cosa potesse piacermi soddisfando tutte le mie richieste. Sono impressionata dalla vastità di abiti presenti e ad essere onesta erano tutti meravigliosi. Grazie mille ancora e grazie alla gentilezza di tutto lo staff Ci ritornerò sicuramente ?

Un abito elegante, ma allo stesso tempo unico… un abito da lasciare tutti senza parole! Non c’è stato bisogno di misurarne molti, poiché Annalisa aveva centrato il mio abito da sogno, e appena l’ho indossato ho capito che era quello giusto. Per qualsiasi tipo di cerimonia, consiglio a tutti di recarvi da Amirante Megshop, perché è qui che troverete il ? del ?, oltre che la massima accoglienza e disponibilità da parte di tutto lo staff. ❤️

Annalisa è stata super gentile e paziente, ha mostrato disponibilità per tutta la permenanza in negozio? Francesca è riuscita a conciliare le mie idee con quelle di mia madre..anche se il suo è stato un piccolo intervento è stato di super aiuto!! Uno staff fantastico ! Tonight I went to this Atelier (Found by chance on Instagram) to look for a dress for my 18th birthday, it was my first stop and I never expected to find it .. Annalisa was super kind and patient, she showed availability for all the stay in the shop? Francesca managed to reconcile my ideas with those of my mother .. even if hers was a small intervention she was super helpful !! A fantastic staff!

Ho acquistato 4 vestiti, il primo per i 18 anni del mio fidanzato, il secondo per i miei 18 anni (l’abito da favola che ho sempre sognato), l’abito per mia mamma per la mia festa dei 18 anni, e l’ultimo acquisto l’abito per il matrimonio di mia cugina a giugno 2022. Semplicemente stupendi, accoglienti e disponibili, mi sono sentita molto a mio agio con lo staff e sono più che soddisfatta, è il mio atelier di fiducia e ovviamente non c’è nessuno di migliore! Allego anche le foto se riesco. (La mia festa da sogno e quella del mio fidanzato) 5 stars, even if to be honest it deserves 10; as well as being competent and super helpful, the clothes are a blast. I bought 4 dresses, the first for my boyfriend's 18 years, the second for my 18 years (the fairytale dress I've always dreamed of), the dress for my mom for my 18th birthday, and the last purchase the dress for my cousin's wedding in June 2022. Simply beautiful, welcoming and helpful, I felt very comfortable with the staff and I am more than satisfied, it is my trusted atelier and obviously not there. is none better!
