I trainer sono super simpatici e professionali e ti preparano al 100% ad affrontare il mondo del lavoro. Ho imparato molto attraverso la teoria, le degustazioni e la parte pratica. Sono sicuramente soldi investiti benissimo! I coach Francesco e Dario sono due persone fantastiche, preparatissimi ma soprattutto sanno trasmettere la passione e l'emozione di questo mestiere. Spero di poter fare presto gli altri moduli AMERICAN BAR COURSE Given that I had no knowledge of spirits and cocktail preparation, I gave myself this fantastic course. I learned a lot through the theory, the tastings and the practical part. It is definitely money well invested! Sono arrivata in accademia con mille dubbi e paure ma tanta voglia di fare. Grazie ai trainer (simpatici, gentili e sempre disponibili a insegnare delle cose che amano fare) ho avuto la possibilità di imparare moltissime cose dal punto di vista teorico, pratico e anche morale. È stata una scuola ma anche un luogo in cui mi sono divertita, ridendo e scherzando, mentre ho potuto apprendere ciò che mi appassiona. Grazie ai trainer, durante i diversi esami che ho affrontato, sono riuscita a sconfiggere un po’ l’ansia dell’essere giudicata, arrivando all’ultimo esame in cui mi sono divertita moltissimo. Infine, un altro lato fantastico di quest’esperienza è stata la vita in villa, in cui ho imparato a convivere con altre persone che ora sono diventate una seconda famiglia. It was a school but also a place where I had fun, laughing and joking, while I was able to learn what I am passionate about. Thanks to the trainers, during the various exams I faced, I was able to defeat the anxiety of being judged a little, arriving at the last exam in which I had a lot of fun. Finally, another fantastic side of this experience was life in the villa, in which I learned to live with other people who have now become a second family.

Questa esperienza mi ha fatto crescere molto e mi ha fatto passare tante ansie, grazie anche ai trainer che con la loro passione hanno fatto sognare tutti i corsisti, e soprattutto sono riusciti a far aumentare la mia autostima. Consiglio vivamente di fare quest'esperienza, anche per la convivenza in villa con tutti i compagni di corso, che diventeranno una seconda famiglia.
