Una volta arrivato in sede i tempi di attesa sono stati quasi nulli. Consigliato!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scortesi e maleducati. Dopo aver preso appuntamento in orario mi reco per un prelievo. aspetto mezz'ora di ritardo e chiedo quanto ci fosse ancora da aspettare .e loro arrabbiandosi fanno passare altre due persone dopo il mio appuntamento. Con certe persone meglio recarsi altrove .
Unkind and rude. After making an appointment on time I go for a withdrawal. I wait half an hour late and ask how much there was still to wait. And getting angry they let two other people pass after my appointment. With certain people it is better to go elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il centralino è terribile. Danno informazioni sbagliate sui tamponi dicendo che il rapido e quello in 72h sono la stessa cosa. Attenzione davvero perché a causa dell'incompetenza della centralinista ho dovuto sborsare 50 euro di tasca mia e rifare il tampone. Sono davvero sconvolta... e pensare che tanta brava gente competente non trova lavoro invece lasciano rispondere al telefono in uno studio medico gente che non ha idea...
The switchboard is terrible. They give wrong information on tampons saying that rapid and 72h are the same thing. Really be careful because due to the incompetence of the receptionist I had to pay 50 euros out of my own pocket and redo the swab. I'm really upset ... and to think that many good competent people can't find work instead they let people who have no idea answer the phone in a doctor's office ...
