M	Maurizio Cimino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato, in un paio di occasioni differenti, alcuni prodotti surgelati a base di pesce presso questo esercizio. Che dire: gli addetti alla vendita li ho trovati sempre molto gentili e cortesi, disponibili a consigliare sulla scelta dei prodotti da acquistare. Quello che mi ha lasciato un pochino deluso sui prodotti provati e, ripeto, in un paio di occasioni differenti (mi concedo sempre una seconda prova nel testare un prodotto o un locale per essere sicuro di valutare al meglio), è stata non tanto la qualità dei prodotti (direi in media con altre proposte simili presenti sul mercato), quanto la quantità effettiva che mi sono ritrovato sul tagliere quando ho cominciato a preparare la cena a base di pesce per alcuni ospiti che avevamo a cena. Sono molto attento, in caso di prodotti surgelati, alla percentuale di glassatura dichiarata nelle schede informative dei vari prodotti, per cui, se acquisto 1 Kg abbondante di totani surgelati con una di glassatura dichiarata di circa il 10%, resto un po' male se, a prodotto completamente decongelato, la bilancia mi indica un peso di poco inferiore ai 700 gr. Stesso risultato su altri prodotti (sempre pesce) provati. La scelta dei prodotti è comunque variegata e si spazia dai pesci, crostacei, gamberi, dolci, patatine da friggere, pizze e molto altro. I prezzi mi paiono allineati con quelli di altre rivendite di prodotti surgelati (comunque sicuramente più economici rispetto a prodotti analoghi disponibili presso i supermercati della zona), il locale è pulito ed ordinato. Il parcheggio è sufficientemente comodo. I purchased, on a couple of different occasions, some frozen fish products at this shop. What can I say: the sales staff I have always found them very kind and courteous, available to advise on the choice of products to buy. What left me a little disappointed on the products tested and, I repeat, on a couple of different occasions (I always allow myself a second test in testing a product or a place to be sure of evaluating at best), it was not so much the quality of the products (I would say on average with other similar proposals on the market), as much as the actual quantity that I found on the cutting board when I started preparing the fish dinner for some guests that we had at dinner. I am very careful, in the case of frozen products, to the percentage of glazing declared in the information sheets of the various products, so if I purchase 1 kg abundant of frozen squid with a declared glazing of about 10%, I remain a little bad if , when the product is completely defrosted, the balance shows me a weight of just under 700 gr. Same result on other products (always fish) tested. The choice of products is however varied and ranges from fish, crustaceans, shrimps, desserts, chips to fry, pizzas and much more. The prices seem to me to be in line with those of other frozen product stores (however certainly cheaper than similar products available at supermarkets in the area), the place is clean and tidy. Parking is convenient enough.
