c	carmelo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato una pizza a domicilio margherita più patatine ed un porzione di patatine.. Con consegna prevista entro le 22.00 la consegna è avvenuta alle 23.00. Telefono per avere informazioni alle 22.18 e la pizza non era ancora stata infornata.. Ora io capisco che è sabato ma se mi dici le 22 non mi puoi consegnare alle 23.. Distinti saluti I ordered a pizza at home margherita plus fries and a portion of fries .. With delivery expected by 22.00 the delivery took place at 23.00. Phone for information at 10.18 pm and the pizza had not yet been put in the oven .. Now I understand that it is Saturday but if you tell me 10 pm you cannot deliver it at 11 pm. Best regards

Ovviamente ho annullato l'ordine perché era passata pure la fame. La pizza è buona nonostante il forno elettrico...ma mancano di organizzazione e il Servizio a domicilio è più che scadente....sempre in ritardo pur abitando pochi quartieri più sotto. Mi dispiace...ma non li chiameremo più. Ore 18:20 mi reco direttamente in pizzeria e faccio una prenotazione con consegna a domicilio per le 20:30. Chiamo alle 20:45 per avere notizie e mi viene detto che stanno in forno: "un quarto d'ora massimo e sono da lei". Ore 21:20 decido di fare due spaghi! Ore 21:30 arrivano le pizze , che decido ovviamente di rimandare indietro. Avevamo un gran desiderio di pizza e avevamo scelto loro (come sempre fino ad ora, ma prendendo la pizza direttamente in pizzeria), ma evidentemente i clienti preferiscono perderli che guadagnarli e coccolarseli...Io al posto vostro piuttosto me li terrei belli stretti i clienti visto il periodo che stiamo vivendo.
