★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamati d urgenza il sabato sera per intasamento della fossa settica condominiale, arrivati in circa 30 minuti eseguito intervento e sanificato anche con deodorante. Personale in gamba e disponibile in consigli contro eventi sgradevoli.
Called for urgency on Saturday evening for clogging of the condominium septic tank, they arrived in about 30 minutes and performed the intervention and also sanitized with deodorant. Smart staff and helpful in advising against unpleasant events.

I turned to Mediterranea Service for the purge of septic tanks. I was able to see the accuracy, efficiency and courtesy of their staff. The workers are extremely professional. The surgery was quick and very clean. Highly recommended !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ieri mi sono trovata a chiamare la Mediterranea servizi per un'ostruzione, dichiarata in chiamata, del bidet del mio bagno e del lavandino della cucina. Mi dicono 15 minuti e siamo da lei. Arrivano alle 15 iniziano a sturare il lavandino della cucina. Mi arriva una chiamata alle 16:00 "scusi ma i ragazzi devono andare un attimo da un cliente e se fanno in tempo tornano altrimenti ci vediamo domani mattina". Vista la finestra aperta, il lago puzzolente che avevo in cucina e la finestra spalancata, il tubo che dalla cucina scendeva fino alla strada e I TUBI DELLA CUCINA tutti staccati ho preteso che tornassero per finire il lavoro. Sono tornati alle 17.00 hanno finito alle 18, per modo di dire perché il bidet, motivo principale per cui erano stati chiamati sta esattamente nella stessa situazione di prima. Hanno detto che dovevo fare un'altra chiamata perché erano già in straordinario. Straordinario? Siete andati via e tornati voi, mica è stata una mia richiesta! In conclusione abbiamo speso 110 euro all'ora + 70 euro di chiamata + 50 euro di straordinario per un totale di 380€ e un lavoro fatto a metà. Davvero poca professionalità! Non vi fidate delle recensioni positive perché sono davvero pessimi.
Yesterday I found myself calling Mediterranea Servizi for an obstruction, declared on call, of the bidet in my bathroom and the kitchen sink. They tell me 15 minutes and we are with her. They arrive at 15 and begin to unclog the kitchen sink. I get a call at 16:00 "I'm sorry but the guys have to go to a customer for a moment and if they make it in time they'll come back otherwise I'll see you tomorrow morning". Seeing the open window, the smelly lake I had in the kitchen and the wide open window, the pipe that went down from the kitchen to the street and the KITCHEN PIPES all disconnected, I demanded that they come back to finish the job. They returned at 5pm and finished at 6pm, so to speak because the bidet, the main reason why they were called, is in exactly the same situation as before. They said I had to make another call because they were already overtime. Extraordinary? You went away and you came back, it wasn't my request! In conclusion, we spent 110 euros per hour + 70 euros for a call + 50 euros overtime for a total of 380 euros and a half-done job. Really little professionalism! Don't trust the positive reviews because they are really bad.
