★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo affidati alla Medis Immobiliare per la vendita di alcuni appartamenti perchè il titolare è apparso subito molto gentile e professionale, ma sopratutto perchè ha proposto un prezzo di partenza più alto delle altre agenzie consultate. La cosa bella è che nel giro di 2 anni ha venduto i 3 appartamenti, al prezzo vicino a quello di partenza e ci ha assistito in tutte le fasi, sia per quanto riguarda gli atti che per i lavori di messa a norma, frazionamento e certificazioni.

 We relied on Medis Immobiliare for the sale of some apartments because the owner immediately appeared very kind and professional, but above all because he proposed a higher starting price than the other agencies consulted. The nice thing is that within 2 years he sold the 3 apartments, at the price close to the starting one and assisted us in all phases, both as regards the deeds and for the work of compliance, division and certifications .
