Very efficient service. I called at 7.30pm and they booked me a quick swab for the next day. Punctual. Report after less than 20 min. They also made sure I got the result by giving me a call.

Sposto l'appuntamento a L'Aquila, torno e mi dicono che non hanno ancora l'autorizzazione per rilasciare il tipo di certificato che mi serviva.
Spero che i medici siano più competenti dei segretari.
I go there for the first time and they booked me at the Avezzano office.
I move the appointment to L'Aquila, I come back and they tell me that they do not yet have the authorization to issue the type of certificate I needed.
I hope the doctors are more competent than the secretaries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devo imbarcare on meno di un'ora e non ho ancora ricevuto il risultato del tampone molecolare. Ho fatto il tampone ieri alle 8:30 e mi aveno promesso il risultato per oggi a mezzogiorno. Poi alle 17:30. Sono le 18:14 e non ho ricevuto niente. Sono incompetenti e bugiardi. EVITARE DI FARE QUALSIESI COSA CON QUESTO LABORATORIO. Aggiornamento: Sono arrivato a Vienna, senza test e adesso sono obbligato a presentare un test negativo. Perderò il mio voló di connessione domani perché dovrò fare un test.
I have less than an hour to ship and have not yet received the result of the molecular swab. I swabbed yesterday at 8:30 and promised myself the result for today at noon. Then at 5:30 pm. It is 6:14 pm and I have not received anything. They are incompetent and liars. AVOID DOING ANYTHING WITH THIS LAB. Update: I arrived in Vienna without testing and am now obliged to submit a negative test. I will lose my connection flight tomorrow because I will have to take a test.
