Per cominciare nessuno risponde MAI al telefono, durante le visite non ti guardano nemmeno in faccia e ti trattano come se non contassi niente, ti giudicano senza nemmeno sapere chi sei o cosa fai nella vita, arrivano tardi agli appuntamenti (che sono tutti alla solita ora per almeno 30 persone alla volta, ci passi l'intero pomeriggio!!). Semplicemente rubano i soldi dello stipendio e rubano soldi ai cittadini che tra analisi e visite devono spendere e spendere ancora! Vergognatevi, dovrebbero controllare il vostro operato e adeguare il servizio affinché il cittadino sia tutelato e non prosciugato del suo denaro e del suo tempo. SIETE UNA VERGOGNA!! Per non parlare del n° verde.... provare per credere... Mi chiedo chi sia il "responsabile"...e se sia presente e conoscente di queste recenzioni. Buon lavoro Truly hallucinating .... they do not answer the phone which is busy for whole mornings and which "magically" returns free at the end of the shift. Quindi o stanno al telefono per affari loro o il telefono è scemo di suo!! I have been calling for a week and there is no verse for someone to answer! Yet it is often busy! Non rispondono al telefono. Cialtronaggine totale e colpevole.
