★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avrei messo 0 ma non posso, quindi l'unica stella che va è per Gianina. Critico il fatto che dopo mesi di pandemia l'organizzazione per i tamponi è solo che peggiorata! Di tutte le strutture di Fiano Romano questa è senza dubbio la più lenta (3 persone in fila, 50 minuti solo per l'accettazione), resta conveniente solo il pacchetto tamponi, che non ho ben capito per quale motivo, ha una data di scadenza, altra cosa assurda dato che negli altri posti i pacchetti non hanno data di scadenza(il pagamento, ovviamente, anticipato). Non è possibile che in accettazione ci sia solo una persona che serve un cliente ogni 20/30minuti, l'infermiera che fa i tamponi deve dividersi anche per i prelievi, deve inviare i referti e gestire tutto da sola, non si può neanche prendere appuntamento, ogni volta solo fila interminabile... Basterebbe davvero poco per migliorare questa situazione ma evidentemente c'è molto poco interesse verso chi deve effettuare i tamponi perchè tanto lo dobbiamo fare comunque, come se fossimo clienti di serie B, davvero deludente.

It would take very little to improve this situation but obviously there is very little interest in those who have to swab because we have to do so much anyway, as if we were second-class customers, really disappointing.

Si perché non sono solo persone che fanno il proprio lavoro fine a se stesso ma mettono al servizio di tutti cordialità, professionalità e un gran bel sorriso che in questi centri e in questo periodo non è mai da sottovalutare.
Lo consiglio proprio a tutti. Anche farsi qualche km in più come me che vengo da Roma è un piacere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata questa mattina per la prima volta, ho portato mio figlio a fare una visita pediatrica con la dottoressa Paolucci. Persona molto professionale; la cosa però che mi ha colpito di più è stato vedere come è entrata subito in confidenza con il bambino, che senza esitazione e con un gran sorriso si è prestato alla visita! Non posso quindi che farle i complimenti anche a livello umano!!
Per non parlare poi della struttura molto accogliente e all’avanguardia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Medical Clinque è uno dei centri migliori non solo su Fiano ma anche su Roma. La professionalità e la gentilezza di tutto lo staff è davvero una qualità rara da trovare. Mi sono affidata a loro per diversi servizi. Le ragazze al desk sono sempre sorridenti e disponibili. Gianina è la migliore in assoluto sia per quanto riguarda i prelievi sia per i tamponi! Io vengo da Roma ogni singola volta solo per loro! Consiglio il centro a tutti!
Medical Clinque is one of the best centers not only in Fiano but also in Rome. The professionalism and kindness of all the staff is truly a rare quality to find. I have relied on them for various services. The girls at the desk are always smiling and helpful. Gianina is the best ever both in terms of sampling and swabs! I come from Rome every single time just for them! I recommend the center to everyone!

Una clinica medica a servizio del cittadino, una clinica molto professionale, attenta al bisogno del paziente ma soprattutto personale molto cortese...
Mi sono affidata molto spesso sia telefonicamente e sia di persona ed ho ottenuto sempre buoni risultati e ottimi consigli.

Inoltre tutto il personale, a partire dalla Dirigente fino a giungere alle segretarie, è altamente qualificato, permettendo di avere ottime consulenze terapeutiche e di attivare così percorsi terapeutici molto utili e fattivamente risolutivi!
E permettetemi di aggiungere che è anche molto comodo, poiché permette di usufruire di un ampio parcheggio gratuito!
Inoltre la Dirigente e tutto il personale Medico si mettono a completa disposizione delle possibili esigenze della clientela, mostrando sempre ampie possibilità di soluzioni sia sulle tempistiche dei vari appuntamenti, che per quanto riguarda il rapporto qualità prezzo!
Consiglio vivamente di visitarlo e provarlo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non capisco le recensioni negative di questo posto, una realtà così mancava totalmente a fiano romano ed eri costretto a sbatterti da un ospedale all altro se ti serviva di fare più di una visita. Ma non solo, parliamo del fatto che quando in piena emergenza covid che per fare un tampone ovunque ti davano appuntamento a 3 giorni solo medical clinique ti dava appuntamento in giornata e in casi urgenti ti facevano il tampone anche senza appuntamento per garantire a tutti la possibilità di sapere se positivi o meno. Ma parliamo anche della polifunzionalita' del centro...serve un otorino? C è, una ginecologa c è, e non da ultimo c è una pediatra fantastica Valentina Paolucci. Lei non è una pediatra è LA pediatra. Empatica gentile e bravissima. MA BRAVA PROPRIO, Ora noi ci siamo trasferiti lontano ma continuerò a portare mio figlio da lei perché non se ne trovano di pediatri così. Ho letto una recensione in cui un signore si lamentava che alla bimba di 2 anni non sono riusciti a fare subito il rprelievo, volevo dire che al bambino Gesù a mio figlio di due anni si sono rifiutati di fare proprio il prelievo finché non avesse bevuto una bottiglietta da mezzo litro d acqua perché appunto le vene altrimenti non si trovavano. Non è facile pe rniene fare un prelievo ai bimbi così piccoli e trovo un ottima soluzione aspettare che il bimbo si calmi e riprovare. Quindi scusate le.tsnte parole ma il centro vale veramente tutte queste parole e molte altre ancora.

But let's also talk about the multifunctionality of the center ... do you need an ENT? There is, there is a gynecologist, and last but not least there is a fantastic pediatrician Valentina Paolucci. She is not a pediatrician she is THE pediatrician. Kind and very good empath. BUT GOOD, Now we have moved far away but I will continue to take my son to her because there are no pediatricians like that. I read a review in which a gentleman complained that the 2-year-old girl was unable to take the blood sample immediately, I meant that the baby Jesus and my two-year-old son refused to take the blood sample until he drank a half-liter bottle of water because the veins were not found otherwise. It is not easy to take a sample from such small children and I find an excellent solution to wait for the child to calm down and try again. So sorry for the words but the core is really worth all these words and many more.
