Viene richiesto di firmare un consenso alla prima visita senza leggere cosa si stia firmando (salvo scoprire, ma solo dopo la visita e dietro esplicita richiesta, che nel documento firmato si dichiara di aver ricevuto informazioni mai accennate o discusse). Prima visita di 3 minuti: informazioni zero, ho chiesto l'estrazione di un dente dolorante e mi vengono prima preventivate due pulizie (anche se sicuramente dovute, incompatibili con lo stato doloroso del dente da estrarre). Lasciando perdere l'aspetto più grave per cui, causa una patologia con cui convivo da 20'anni (mai considerata da alcun altro professionista come ostacolante) mi viene addirittura richiesto un documento di manleva da parte della struttura che mi segue....a domanda sul perchè, risposta : non c'entrano altri farmaci o possibili interazioni con terapie o trattamenti, solo un lapidario "dal punto di vista medico legale è meglio così"...mai più! Bad. You are asked to sign a consent on your first visit without reading what you are signing (unless you discover, but only after the visit and upon explicit request, that in the signed document you declare that you have received information that has never been mentioned or discussed). First visit of 3 minutes: zero information, I asked for the extraction of a sore tooth and two cleanings are first scheduled (even if definitely due, incompatible with the painful state of the tooth to be extracted). Leaving aside the most serious aspect for which, due to a pathology I have been living with for 20 years (never considered by any other professional as an obstacle), I am even asked for an indemnity document from the structure that follows me .... question about why, answer: other drugs or possible interactions with therapies or treatments have nothing to do with it, only a lapidary "from the medical legal point of view is better this way" ... never again!
