★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il personale delle stazioni mobili Vodafone e Wind ospitate all'interno del centro commerciale Porto Bolaro sono scorretti e poco professionali. Sono stata vittima di una vera e propria truffa con la quale sto ancora facendo i conti. Da evitare.
 The staff of the Vodafone and Wind mobile stations housed in the Porto Bolaro shopping center are unfair and unprofessional. I was the victim of a real scam that I am still dealing with. To be avoided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato più volte presso il punto vendita di porto bolaro, sono sempre rimasto più che soddisfatto sia per le spiegazioni la cortesia che per la professionalità, in particolare del Direttore Sanfilippo che ha sempre saputo indicarmi il prodotto più adatto alle mie esigenze. Ogni volta che devo acquistare non ho dubbi!! Media World senza perdere tempo.
I have purchased several times at the Porto Bolaro store, I have always been more than satisfied both for the explanations, the courtesy and the professionalism, in particular of the Sanfilippo Director who has always been able to point me to the product that best suits my needs. Whenever I have to buy I have no doubts !! Media World without wasting time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Certamente ben fornito e personale cortese (Domenico è stato assolutamente professionale)....PERO'.... trasporto e montaggio a casa assolutamente pessimo, per non parlare dell'assistenza (call center......Porto delle nebbie)!!!!
Esperienza pessima con lavasciuga acquistata da mia moglie che è stata trasportata e "collaudata" (secondo loro) lasciando i blocchi al cestello....vani i tentativi di contattare il servizio assistenza........per disperazione siamo dovuti ritornare lì per protestare!!!!
Se questo è il servizio che si offre ai clienti.....poi non ci si lamenti che si acquista su amazon......
Certainly well stocked and courteous staff (Domenico was absolutely professional) .... BUT .... absolutely bad transport and assembly at home, not to mention the assistance (call center ...... Porto delle nebbie) !!!!
Bad experience with washer-dryer purchased by my wife that was transported and "tested" (according to them) leaving the blocks in the drum .... vain attempts to contact the assistance service ........ we had to return in desperation there to protest !!!!
If this is the service offered to customers ..... then don't complain that you buy on amazon ......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato una lavatrice, sono stata seguita e consigliata dal sign. Roberto che ha risposto in maniera precisa ed attenta ad ogni mio dubbio, anche molto tecnico, e mi ha assistito alla compilazione di ogni modulo per l'acquisto.
La consegna è avvenuta nei tempi previsti e gli addetti sono stati attentissimi durante il trasporto dentro casa ed il montaggio, oltre che essere molto gentili. La mia esperienza pertanto è ottima.
I bought a washing machine, I was followed and advised by the sign. Roberto who answered in a precise and attentive way to all my doubts, even very technical ones, and assisted me in filling out each purchase form.
The delivery took place on schedule and the employees were very careful during the transport inside the house and the assembly, as well as being very kind. My experience is therefore excellent.
