Sono andata a chiedere per il galaxy watch il personale non mi ha saputo dire correttamente le caratteristiche tecniche del prodotto e per di più mi ha detto di averlo nel magazzino per poi dirmi che si era sbagliato e che non c'era.... Alla fine mi ha proposto quello da 44mm sostenendo che il prezzo fosse uguale a quello da 40mm ma non è così!!! Alla fine la differenza di prezzo era di ben 80 euro...non va bene così!!
Assumere personale competente evita di far perdere clienti.

Purtroppo in questo alle 2 torri, ora alle 11.20 di lunedì 17 gennaio, ho trovato nel reparto telefonia una ragazza che non faceva rispettare l ordine dato dai numeri cercando di far passare avanti persone che conosceva e quando gli è stato fatto notare al posto di servire me mi ha malamente rimbalzato e si è messa a fare cose non inerenti al lavoro. L addetta alle informazioni, gentilissima, verificato il gesto della collega e subito arrivata da noi e ci ha risolto il problema.
Incredibile queste cose.
