Emettono lo scontrino della TV e solo dopo dicono che è incluso, senza che fosse detto da operatore né richiesto, un servizio di sintonizzazione già fatta da 14.99 euro. Quando gli chiedo che il servizio non era richiesto né necessario mi dicono che sarebbe stato un problema stornarlo perché già usato bonus ministeriale e bisognava effettuare procedura, senza tempi certi, di annullamento e riemissione del bonus TV. NOn potendo né volendo perdere ulteriore tempo me ne sono andato con il prodotto e amen. OVVIAMENTE la sintonizzazione non c'era proprio quindi un sovrapprezzo pagato per niente. Andate in questo negozio solo quando avete tempo da perdere e voglia di fare discussioni.

Not being able or wanting to waste any more time, I left with the product and amen. OBVIOUSLY the tuning wasn't really there so a premium paid for nothing. Only go to this shop when you have time to waste and want to argue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peggiore esperienza in assoluto mai vissuta in un negozio. Prendo il numero allo sportello assistenza clienti. Chiedo la disponibilità di uno smartphone. Il commesso mi invita ad attendere al reparto telefonia. Attendo piu di 20 minuti. Ritorno al box assistenza clienti e ritrovo lo stesso commesso che serviva altra gente. Un altro signore si lamentava per l'attesa, faccio notare che anche io stavo aspettando di essere servito da più di 20 minuti nonostante avessi preso il numerino e la risposta che mi viene data è : "noi qui non stiamo giocando, se vi sta bene è così. Altrimenti ve ne andate".
Non credo ci sia bisogno di aggiungere altro.
The worst experience ever in a shop. I'll get the number at the customer service counter. I ask for the availability of a smartphone. The clerk invites me to wait at the telephony department. I wait more than 20 minutes. I go back to the customer service box and find the same clerk serving other people. Another gentleman was complaining about the wait, I point out that I too was waiting to be served for more than 20 minutes despite having taken the number and the answer I was given is: "we are not playing here, if it suits you. that's it. Otherwise you go. "

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il luogo preferito per gli amanti dell’hi-tech. Qui si riciclano i rifiuti “speciali” (elettronici, pile incluse). Comodo, grande, ben fornito, a prezzi convenienti . Occhio alle offerte in periodi limitati. La Security all’ingresso è molto cortese e disponibile . Lo Staff tecnico è pronto per qualsiasi opzione d’acquisto. Attese in cassa minime. Bravi!

Watch out for offers in limited periods. Security at the entrance is very courteous and helpful. The technical staff is ready for any purchase option. Minimum waits in cash. Well done!
