★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disponibili e onesti, ho acquistato un immobile in pochissimo tempo, mi hanno aiutato ad affrontare l'offerta dando una giusta valutazione all'immobile, nessuna sorpresa visto che i pregi ed i difetti (spesso nascosti dai proprietari) sono stati in modo onesto evidenziati in sede di sopralluogo.
La consiglio sia da acquirente che da venditore, le valutazioni sono in linea con il mercato immobiliare.
Available and honest, I bought a property in a very short time, they helped me to deal with the offer by giving a fair evaluation to the property, no surprise since the strengths and weaknesses (often hidden by the owners) have been honestly highlighted in inspection site.
I recommend it both as a buyer and as a seller, the valuations are in line with the real estate market.

L’occasione di contatto è stata casuale, grazie all’annuncio di un immobile in vendita pubblicato nel maggio 2021. La prima impressione è stata subito ottima, sia nel contatto telefonico per organizzare l’appuntamento, sia nel primo incontro diretto. L'agente che mi ha seguito si chiama Lorella Rossitto, e mi è parsa competente e dai modi eccezionalmente garbati. La negoziazione è stata rapida e professionale, così come la formalizzazione dell’accordo presso i loro uffici.
