★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cercavo una casa da acquistare e mi sono imbattuto in un paio di annunci di questa agenzia. Ho tentato di contattarli per avere i informazioni al riguardo ma stranamente l'incaricato non era mai presente e non mi richiamava come promesso. A distanza di tempo ho scoperto presso un'altra agenzia che le suddette case non erano in vendita e si trattava di vecchi annunci pubblicati come specchietti per le allodole. Agenzia poco seria e con personale estremamente maleducato.
 I was looking for a house to buy and I came across a couple of ads from this agency. I tried to contact them for information about it but strangely the appointee was never present and did not call me back as promised. After some time I discovered at another agency that the aforementioned houses were not for sale and they were old advertisements published as lark mirrors. Not very serious agency and with extremely rude staff.

Cercavo una villetta a schiera e mi è stato risposto (con tono maleducato e antipatico) che con un budget di 270.000 euro non avrei trovato nulla perché occorrono almeno 300.000 per questa tipologia di casa. Mi sono allora rivolta a un'altra agenzia. Risultato? Sono riuscita a trovare una casa splendida a 265.000 in tempi molto brevi.
Absolutely to be avoided. I was looking for a terraced house and I was told (in a rude and unpleasant tone) that with a budget of 270,000 euros I would not find anything because at least 300,000 are needed for this type of house. I then turned to another agency. Result? I managed to find a splendid house at 265,000 in a very short time.
