★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima Azienda con servizio assistenza eccellente.....dopo aver acquistato diverse zanzariere fai da te, nel montaggio una presentava un difetto nel blocchetto catenella... interessato telefonicamente e tramite mail il servizio assistenza, subito si sono prodigati per risolvere il problema e nel giro di pochissimi giorni dopo essere stato informato dalla segreteria mi è pervenuto il blocco catenella in sostituzione.... veramente SUPER...... grazie
Excellent Company with excellent assistance service ..... after purchasing several do-it-yourself mosquito nets, during assembly one had a defect in the chain block ... interested by telephone and email the assistance service, immediately they went out of their way to solve the problem and within a few days after being informed by the secretariat I received the chain lock to replace .... really SUPER ...... thanks

Purtroppo ho fatto dei lavori nel smontaggio abbiamo perso dei pezzi. Contattati telefonicamente di sono fatti in quattro per risolvere il problema inviandomi i pezzi mancanti senza spese. Grandi veramente in special modo Pietro dell'ufficio tecnico. Grazie ancora.... Grande ditta prodotti made in Italy eccezzionali
Two years ago I bought a vs. Mosquito net
Unfortunately I did some work in the disassembly we lost some pieces. Contacted by phone, they went out of their way to solve the problem by sending me the missing pieces free of charge. Really great especially Pietro of the technical office. Thanks again .... Great company with exceptional made in Italy products
