★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gli ho portato una motosega da regolare il carburatore minimo e massimo, lo portata che funzionava ,con tanto di video...passate settimane mi chiamano dicendo che la motosega era irriparabile, me l'hanno ridata completamente smontata ,con pezzi spaccati e pezzi mancanti , praticamente me l'hanno rotta.. come se non bastasse volevano soldi per riportarla nello stato in qui lo portata...questa è stata la mia esperienza
I brought him a chainsaw to adjust the minimum and maximum carburetor, the flow rate that worked, complete with video ... after weeks they call me saying that the chainsaw was unrepairable, they gave it back completely disassembled, with broken pieces and missing pieces , they practically broke it .. as if that weren't enough they wanted money to bring it back to the state in which I brought it ... this was my experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non mi é piaciuto il modo con il quale senza preventiva autorizzazione mi hanno riparato il decespugliatore mettendomi davanti al fatto compiuto. In genere il cliente viene contattato informandolo di un costo approssimativo e delle riparazioni da effettuare e dopo il consenso o meno si decide ,specie se il costo del lavoro (73 euro)risulta essere circa la metà del costo totale dell'attrezzo. Le motivazioni addotte sono sembrate abbastanza campate in aria. Non so se ci torno.
I did not like the way in which they repaired my brushcutter without prior authorization, putting me in front of the fait accompli. Generally the customer is contacted informing him of an approximate cost and of the repairs to be carried out and after consent or not it is decided, especially if the cost of the work (73 euros) turns out to be about half of the total cost of the tool.
