Il proprietario apre e chiude quando gli pare senza rispettare gli orari che lui stesso affigge o senza rispettare gli appuntamenti che lui stesso fissa con il cliente, continuo con la mia personale esperienza dove ha sbagliato ad inserire il nome sui biglietti di volo pretendendo comunque i soldi della prenotazione e volendo altri soldi per rifare da capo i biglietti . In pratica per non perdere i soldi ho dovuto pagare i biglietti sbagliati e contattare privatamente la compagnia aerea affinché mi scrivessero correttamente i nomi sui biglietti. Tra l’altro “l’offerta” dell’agenzia prevedeva un bagaglio a bordo da 10kg e sull’aereo prendo consapevolezza che era previsto da 8kg. Do una stella perché zero stelle non si può. Perché una persona si affida all’agenzia viaggi per non avere pensieri sull’organizzazione del viaggio e non per (come è accaduto) per avere più problemi di quelli che avrei avuto se avessi organizzato da me e comunque dovendo da me risolvere i problemi creati da chi fa questo lavoro. Concludo con lo sconsigliare assolutamente questa agenzia per il semplice motivo che non sanno organizzare un viaggio

The owner opens and closes whenever he likes without respecting the timetables he posts or without respecting the appointments that he himself fixes with the customer, I continue with my personal experience where he was wrong to insert the name on the flight tickets demanding the money anyway booking and wanting more money to redo the tickets. In practice, in order not to lose money, I had to pay for the wrong tickets and contact the airline privately so that they would correctly write the names on the tickets. Among other things, the agency's "offer" included a 10kg baggage on board and on the plane I am aware that it was expected to be 8kg. I give a star because zero stars can't be done. Because a person relies on the travel agency for not having thoughts on the organization of the trip and not for (as it happened) for having more problems than I would have had if I had organized by myself and in any case having to solve the problems created by me who does this job. I conclude by advising against this agency for the simple reason that they cannot organize a trip
