★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho preso appuntamento per verifica tetto amianto, sono venuti , hanno fatto preventivo, chiesto acconto, i lavori dovevano cominciare qualche giorno più tardi, mi avevano detto di appoggiare quello che occupava lo spazio sottostante della tettoia, su una parete....
quando sono tornati, non andava bene, quello che occupava lo spazio sottostante doveva essere tolto, in pratica si sono trattenuti la caparra per il viaggio a vuoto;
non sono di parola , ho dovuto rinviare lavori causa pandemia, a settembre 2021 li ho chiamati per i lavori, mi avevano risposto che potevano per novembre, li ho richiamati a novembre, mi hanno risposto che erano liberi fine gennaio/febbraio, li ho richiamati ai primi di gennaio, c'era la segreteria telefonica che diceva di richiamare dopo il 15 gennaio, peccato che il comune mandava un'ispezione a metà gennaio; ho dovuto chiamare un'altra ditta per smaltire l'eternit, questa ditta ha fatto un lavoro veloce e ineccepibile, senza se e senza ma, hanno portato delle tele di nilon coprendo il tutto che era sottostante e terminato il lavoro in 2 ore....
MDM mai più, fate attenzione.

I have no word, I had to postpone work due to a pandemic, in September 2021 I called them for the work, they replied that they could for November, I called them back in November, they replied that they were free at the end of January / February, I called them back in early January, there was the answering machine that said to call back after January 15, too bad that the municipality sent an inspection in mid-January; I had to call another company to dispose of eternity, this company did a fast and flawless job, with no ifs and buts, they brought nilon canvases covering everything below and finished the job in 2 hours .. ..
MDM never again, beware.
