★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Allora, non mi resta che dare soltanto 1 stella! Il Direttore di questo piccolo centro commerciale non sa fare io suo lavoro. Per non parlare del negozio (non so il nome) all’interno che vende prodotti di mare, elettronica da quattro soldi, con una commessa demotivata. Ma stiamo scherzando? L’ultima volta di aver visto qualcosa di simile lo visto in Macedonia a Skopje. Il supermercato MD lo trovo mediocre (il pane fresco almeno viene fatto sul posto), sfortunatamente i prezzi sono come in tutta Italia troppo alti! Io personalmente ho altre esigenze e continuo a preferire i supermercati e i Centri Commerciale della Germania con i suoi prezzi bassissimi, personale cordiale, pulizia e ordine. Da non consigliare questo piccolo centro commerciale e da licenziare sul tronco tutti i superiori per poi mandarli a zappare per 900€ di stipendio al mese.
 So, I just have to give only 1 star! The manager of this small shopping center doesn't know how to do his job. Not to mention the shop (I don't know the name) inside that sells seafood products, cheap electronics, with an unmotivated order. Are we joking? The last time I saw something similar, I saw it in Macedonia in Skopje. I find the MD supermarket mediocre (at least fresh bread is made on the spot), unfortunately the prices are too high as in all of Italy! I personally have other needs and I still prefer the supermarkets and shopping centers of Germany with its very low prices, friendly staff, cleanliness and order. This small shopping center should not be recommended and all superiors should be fired on the trunk and then sent to hoe for € 900 a month's salary.

Sembra di essere nel terzo mondo in quanto sporcizia e disordine. Direttrice incompetente e scortese. Il reso di un prodotto elettronico non funzionante acquistato poche ore prima, non è stato possibile. Ma volevano che lo mandassi in garanzia. Roba da pazzi... Prodotti alimentari scadenti e non a basso costo, senza considerare che sotto le scaffalature c'è dello sporco non commentabile. Unica cassiera che strillava con dei ragazzi alludendo a volgarità. Ho chiesto di parlare con la proprietà e non mi è stato permesso in quanto secondo la direttrice non c'era nessuno. Uscendo chiedo a una del personale che fumava e mi dice che erano quelli seduti al bar. Giustamente a farsi gli affari loro. Che schifo
Dirt, rudeness, incompetence!

The only cashier who screamed with boys alluding to vulgarity. I asked to talk to the property and I was not allowed because there was no one according to the manager. Going out I ask one of the staff who smokes and tells me they were the ones sitting at the bar. Rightly to mind their own business. How disgusting

Ho acquistato una smart tv che non rispecchiava le mie esigenze. Ho restituito l'apparecchio con la promessa da parte delle commesse di risolvere il problema. Dopo vari giorni di attesa mi reco al negozio ma il problema non era stato risolto per cui avremmo dovuto procedere alla sostituzione del prodotto o alla restituzione del denaro. La sostituzione non è stata possibile in quanto i prodotti presenti in negozio non erano idonei alla mia richiesta. Nel momento in cui ho proposto la restituzione del denaro, a seguito di una richiesta scritta, innanzitutto mi è stato detto che non era possibile ma senza una spiegazione valida, piuttosto è stata giustificata con una frase del tipo "perché lo fanno tutti"; dopodiché è intervenuto il direttore che con fare arrogante e maleducato mi ha accusata di aver fatto minacce e di essere una morta di fame senza però aver ascoltato ciò che avevo da dire. Consiglio "mortamente affamata" di non acquistare nulla in questo negozio.

After several days of waiting I go to the shop but the problem was not resolved so we would have had to replace the product or return the money. The replacement was not possible because the products in the shop were not suitable for my request. When I proposed the return of the money, following a written request, first I was told that it was not possible but without a valid explanation, rather it was justified with a phrase such as "why everyone does it"; after which the director intervened who with arrogant and rude behavior accused me of making threats and of starving without having listened to what I had to say. I "mortally hungry" advice not to buy anything in this shop.

Shop stocked with a bit of everything, especially household stuff. Welcoming and qualified staff. Open every day with continuous hours. Great if you forget something at lunchtime. Especially recommended for the prices

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vado in questo ipermercato 2-3 volte al massimo durante il periodo estivo. Ieri alle 19 di sera la cassiera n3 maleducata lanciava la mia spesa velocemente e appena finito mi dice di pagare e poi mi sistemo il tutto.... qualcuno le ha detto che comunque non dovrebbe far assemblare le persone alla cassa? Qualcuno le ha detto che se anche è merce di discount non dovrebbe lanciarla? Ho pagato e evitato di far polemica. Spero di non tornarci più. Per quel che poco che compro cercherò un altro discount in zona. Viva i supermercati di marca! Si spende di più a fronte di maggiore qualità e soprattutto cortesia.

Yesterday at 19 in the evening the rude cashier n3 launched my shopping quickly and as soon as she finished she told me to pay and then I settle everything .... someone told her that she shouldn't have people assemble at the cash desk anyway? Someone told you that even if it is discount merchandise you shouldn't launch it? I paid and avoided controversy. I hope to never go back. For what little I buy I will look for another discount store in the area. Long live the branded supermarkets! You spend more in the face of higher quality and above all courtesy.

Personale cordiale ma quando chiesi del direttore hanno detto che era impegnata col titolare a fare lavoretti ...e che lavoretti.. ?. frutta e verdura pero ottima, surgelati tipo germania, ma dalle mie parti a mio md ce piu scelta.

Friendly staff but when I asked for the manager they said she was busy with the owner doing odd jobs ... and what jobs ... ?. fruit and vegetables but excellent, frozen type germany, but in my part there is more choice in my md.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se andate in questo supermercato fate molta attenzione. Gli scaffali sono pieni di prodotti scaduti e spesso ci sono prezzi a pennarello sugli scaffali che non corrispondono ai prezzi praticati alla cassa. Oggi è stata la mia ultima volta. Entro nel supermercato e nel reparto frigo ci sono articoli alcuni articoli scaduti il 21 il 22 e il 23. Oggi sullo stracchino c'era una offerta a 80 cent per confezioni a breve scadenza, prezzo su un cartoncino scritto a pennarello che copriva totalmente il prezzo originale che quindi non era esposto da nessuna parte. Ne prendo 2 insieme ad altra spesa. Mentre la cassiera della cassa 3 passa gli articoli guardo il monitor coi prezzi per controllare ciò che sommava ma quando si tratta di passare lo stracchino si appoggia al monitor in modo da nasconderlo alla mia vista. Mentre pago controllo lo scontrino e le faccio presente che sullo stracchino c'è il cartellino 80 mentre lei me lo ha passato a 1,89. E lei risponde che il prezzo è relativo allo stracchino in scadenza il 22 ovvero scaduto l'altro ieri....... Le chiedo di stornarmi lo stracchino o annullare totalmente lo scontrino e lei rifiuta. Al che le faccio presente che questo modo di agire è una truffa e lei comincia a urlare richiamando così l'attenzione della addetta al banco affettati ed entrambe mi urlano addosso impedendomi di parlare. Solo quando prendo il telefono per chiamare i carabinieri mi dà la differenza di prezzo. Da evitare assolutamente. Fino a qualche mese fa c'erano anche cassiere gentili che in caso di errori si scusavano stornando o correggendo gli errori ma non si vedono più da tempo. Occhi aperti.
