★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cassiera sgarbata e scortese (signora con capelli castani raccolti ed occhiali), ha richiamato all'attenzione mia madre esclamando " Susu, signora" come se si stesse rivolgendo ad un qualsiasi animale domestico. Vi consiglio vivamente di rivalutare il personale.
 Rude and unkind cashier (lady with collected brown hair and glasses), she called my mother to attention, exclaiming "Susu, signora" as if she were talking to any pet. I highly recommend you re-evaluate the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questo supermercato, in via Benedetto Cozzolino ad Ercolano, ha il parcheggio, i reparti ortofrutta , macelleria, salumeria, gastronomia e panetteria. I prodotti a marchio sono buoni e convenienti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo da quando ha rinnovato è diventato caotico, perché i clienti lo utilizzano per la spesa giornaliera. Grande problema é relativo alle poche casse aperte nonostante le file di clienti pronti a pagare. Altro grande problema è il direttore (store manager) che sembra uno scaricatore di porto incurante della presenza di clienti.
Unfortunately, since it has been renovated it has become chaotic, because customers use it for their daily shopping. Big problem is related to the few open cash desks despite the queues of customers ready to pay. Another big problem is the store manager who seems to be a longshoreman regardless of the presence of customers.

Confezioni aperte e prodotti mancanti, personale scortese e sempre a sistemare prodotti occupando le corsie e incuranti delle persone (anzi gli dai pure fastidio) shopper frutta e verdura €.0.01 che è ovviamente obbligatorio (senno' come si pesa e prezza senza busta?) E poi 2 corsie aperte e sempre una fila enorme, meglio pagare in più acquistando prodotti migliori è non rovinarsi la Salute!!!
Experience to say the least hallucinating !!!
Open packs and missing products, unfriendly staff and always arranging products by occupying the aisles and careless of people (in fact you give them trouble too) fruit and vegetable shopper € .0.01 which is obviously mandatory (hindsight 'how to weigh and price without envelope?) And then 2 lanes open and always a huge row, better paying more by buying better products and not ruining your health !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto fornito rispetto all'altro store MD presente in citta'. Soprattutto il banco e gli scaffali del reparto carni. Anche il banco firmaggi e' da apprezzare. Ci abbiamo trovato una vasta offerta di olii, succhi e reparto frutta. Parcheggio un po' a lotteria: mette un po' d'ansia in confronto ad un piacevole tour di spesa.
Very well equipped compared to the other MD store in the city. Especially the counter and shelves of the meat department. The signature counter is also to be appreciated. There we found a wide range of oils, juices and fruit department. Parking a little lottery: it puts a little anxiety in comparison to a pleasant shopping tour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto fornito ma troppo caotico : Personale disorganizzatissimo , corridoi continuamente bloccati da pedane per allestimento scaffali personale scaffalisti di sesso maschile scortesi che ti investono con i transpallett ; alle casse fanno spesso confusione con i prezzi ma sempre a sfavore dei clienti , mancano i carrelli in plastica a due ruote.????
Very well-stocked but too chaotic: Disorganized staff, corridors continuously blocked by platforms for racking staff rude male shelves who run over you with pallet trucks; checkout counters are often confused with prices but always to the detriment of customers, there are no two-wheeled plastic trolleys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi dispiace dirlo, oltre che in questo supermercato non ci sono carrellini a mano, mi è capitato purtroppo di acquistare un uovo di Pasqua quello con le nocciole di Lettere dell'Italia ma con incredulità ho constatato che era stato aperto e rotto,facendo una bruttissima figura verso a chi lo ho regalato.Sperando in una facile e semplice risoluzione.E vi dirò di più sono andato al supermercato mi hanno detto di passare il giorno dopo quindi sono già 2 viaggi con la macchina ,decido allora di telefonare ma invano linea sempre occupata sapete cosa vi dico cambio supermercato ,risparmio tempo e denaro e per me ha chiuso e rimettete i carrellini per 2 cose non devo pagare il carrello.
I'm sorry to say, as well as there are no hand trolleys in this supermarket, unfortunately I happened to buy an Easter egg with Lettere dell'Italia hazelnuts but with disbelief I found that it had been opened and broken, making a very bad I figure towards who I gave it to. Hoping for an easy and simple resolution. And I'll tell you more I went to the supermarket they told me to come by the next day so it's already 2 trips with the car, then I decide to call but always in vain busy you know what I tell you I change the supermarket, I save time and money and for me it closed and put the trolleys back for 2 things I don't have to pay for the trolley.
