Gli addetti alle vendite dovrebbero essere più gentili e formati per eseguire al meglio questo lavoro. Non si sale con le scarpe sui bordi dei frigoriferi per mettere al posto la merce fresca, è intollerabile...l'igene e la salute di chi acquista devono essere rispettati. Venerdì 7 gennaio, mi sono recata nel punto vendita in questione e arrivata alla cassa ho visto una cassa aperta con la fila e un'altra cassa con il numero illuminato , ho chiesto alla commessa in parte se alla cassa ci fosse lei mi ha detto deridendomi : " vede qualcuno alla cassa??" , " non vedo nessuno, ma il numero è illuminato" le ho fatto notare , ma purtroppo, l'ignoranza è tanta ? Le ho fatto notare Che non sono questi i modi di trattare i clienti e mi ha mandata via. Vi assicuro che la maleducazione riscontrata alle casse in questo punto vendita è davvero tanta. C'è un cassiere chr mi è molto simpatico, educato, corretto attento e preciso, e sono felice di ciò. Una nota, il rotolone flou che lo acquisto sempre e l'ho anche consigliato, è risalito di troppo come prezzo rispetto ad anni scorsi, peccato.

La signora Vittoria del banco panetteria mi accoglie sempre con un sorriso e sa sempre di cosa ho bisogno. Al banco salumeria il signor Vincenzo, con il collega il cui nome non mi riesce mai di ricordare sanno consigliarmi sempre il meglio, con gentilezza e con competenza! E poi il direttore sempre pronto ad aiutare per qualsiasi problema e disponibile ad ascoltare le eventuali lamentele. Perfino le guardie giurate sono sempre gentili ! L'unica cosa da rivedere è la mancanza di qualche cassa aperta in più... Insomma MD di via de Bottis è il mio supermercato del cuore.
