★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frequento questo supermercato da qualche anno, ultimamente non mi soddisfa molto, scaffali spesso vuoti e dopo aver avuto problemi con il bancomat dimenticato per errore in cassa, al mio ritiro ho trovato sull' estratto conto una spesa fatta prima della chiusura (24 euro senza pin) al mio ritiro ho parlato con un responsabile che ha gestito malissimo la situazione... sfuggendo mentre parlava e dicendomi che lui non poteva farci niente..... ?
I have been going to this supermarket for a few years, lately it does not satisfy me very much, often empty shelves and after having had problems with the ATM forgotten by mistake in the cashier, on my withdrawal I found on the bank statement an expense made before closing (24 euros without pin ) at my retreat I spoke to a manager who handled the situation very badly ... escaping while he was talking and telling me that he couldn't do anything about it ..... ?
