S	Sergio Shevchenko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scontentissimo, avevo un problema con la tenda caduta, mi hanno fatto un preventivo di 100 euro per rimetterla, dopo 3 settimane di attesa sono venuti i tecnici .. e se ne sono accorti che mancava un pezzo. Mi è stato chiesto di cercarmelo da solo. Ho contattato il produttore della tenda (da solo!!) e dopo 3 giorni avevo il pezzo a casa. Richiamando, md chiusure mi è stato detto che servono anche delle staffe rinforzati per altri 60 euro. Ho confermato ma dopo altre 3 settimane mi richiamarono per dire che non riescono fare nulla e a loro dispiace... Forse è un azienda con dei tecnici competenti, ma con una gestione assolutamente scadente. Very unhappy, I had a problem with the fallen tent, they made me a quote of 100 euros to put it back, after 3 weeks of waiting the technicians came .. and they realized that a piece was missing. I was asked to look for it myself. I contacted the tent manufacturer (alone !!) and after 3 days I had the piece at home. Recalling, md closures I was told that reinforced brackets are also needed for another 60 euros. I confirmed but after another 3 weeks they called me back to say that they cannot do anything and they are sorry ... Maybe it is a company with competent technicians, but with absolutely poor management.
