a	alice d'andrea on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo impressione pessima... arrivo per andare dal mio allergologo di fiducia che è molto professionale e competente e che altre volte mi aveva visitato al fatebenefratelli e trovo all’accoglienza due segretarie, una più grande di età con la quale non ho avuto alcun contatto, e una più giovane, che con fare scontroso e brusco invita me e mio marito a igienizzare le mani e ad accomodarci. Mio marito è rimasto in piedi e lei bruscamente lo invitava nuovamente ad accomodarsi. Ovviamente entrambi x buon senso e per civiltà abbiamo lasciato correre. Dopo la visita la signorina nuovamente mi ha fatto attendere quasi mezz’ora per pagare e finalmente al momento del pagamento di 65 euro ho presentato due banconote da 50 euro che lei ha rifiutato dicendo che non aveva il resto e che io sarei dovuta andare a cambiare i soldi ..... per evitare nuovamente discussioni mi sono allora offerta di pagare con bancomat ma anche in questo caso non ha accettato. È impensabile che in uno studio medico non ci sia la possibilità di dare il resto o di pagare con il bancomat! Allora ho dovuto chiedere a mio marito soldi per non creare nuovamente discussioni.. finalmente abbiamo concluso la transazione e nuovamente la “signorina “ con fare maleducato mi ha quasi lanciato la fattura!! Ovviamente le prossime visite le farò in ospedale e non in quello studio, proprio per evitare di rincontrare quella ignorante! È impensabile in uno studio privato un simile trattamento!!! It is unthinkable that in a doctor's office there is no possibility of giving change or paying with an ATM! So I had to ask my husband for money so as not to create discussions again .. finally we concluded the transaction and again the "young lady" with a rude attitude almost threw me the invoice !! Obviously the next visits I will do in the hospital and not in that study, just to avoid meeting the ignorant one again! Such treatment is unthinkable in a private practice !!!

Due giovani che avrebbero ancora troppo da imparare prima di poter avere a che fare con chicchessia. Scortesi al telefono e di persona. Maleducate nei modi e nei termini. disattente anche nei nomi riportati sui referti. Incompetenti. Mi stupisco di come uno studio con professionisti di alto livello possa accettare un comportamento del genere, segnalato più volte da diverse persone. Spero facciano qualcosa, in giro c'è tanta gente che ha voglia e bisogno di lavorare e che non si comporta così. Claudia Nothing to say about the doctors of the study, very talented professionals.
