Service was very slow, our food was sitting on a tray for almost 10 minutes not being served (the girl was vaccuming the place) when I finally found someone to complain to, they checked and realized 1 sandwich wasn't even started, they gave me the tray meanwhile which I refused as the fries were cold, the coke was diluted with the melted ice and my banana milkshake was too liquidy. No appology no nothing! A huge disappointment!
