★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They mix up thw orders!!! I ordered 2 milkshakes, strawberry and vanilla flavour. Intead what i got was 2 strawberry favoured milkshakes. This had happened to me before too!

Also, the fries were prepared in advance, so they taste like limb wet blanket.
Salad was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in and ordered my food. The bill was around 20€. Waited in line to pay for it for 20 minutes and than when I got to cashier, manager told me I can’t pay with €200 bill. (Which was the last cash I had on me…) I even showed him my wallet and said I am not from Italy and he simply ignored me and escorted me out… For one of the biggest food chains in the word, this location is by far the worst experience I had… Avoid this place, there are plenty more Mc Donalds in Catania
