Personale gentile con una spiccata furbizia a promuovere i propri articoli . Quando ho chiesto crocchette di ottima qualità ma che loro non trattano , mi hanno risposto meravigliati , di non aver mai sentito tale marca. Questo mi ha fatto rimanere un tantino perplesso , va bene che non trattate tutto il mondo ma almeno informatevi su ciò che offre il mercato , un esperto del settore dovrebbe essere preparato e non farsi trovare impreparato dal cliente . Per questo motivo non mi sento di andare oltre l'insufficienza !!

This left me a little perplexed, it's okay that you don't treat the whole world but at least find out what the market offers, an expert in the field should be prepared and not be caught unprepared by the customer. For this reason I do not feel to go beyond the insufficiency !!
