Il mio sogno era avere una vasca come nelle case precedenti ma non credevo sarebbe stato fattibile... invece mi sono rivolta agli architetti di MBRstudio e sono riusciti a realizzarlo. Inoltre hanno creato anche degli spazi congeniali per tutti gli oggetti ( phone, asciugamani ecc)! È il mio angolo di relax a casa: bello, accogliente e funzionale! Un ulteriore suggerimento che mi hanno dato, è stato quello di eliminare il boiler e passare allo scalda acqua a gas! Così non ho mai il pensiero che l’acqua calda possa terminare! Mi hanno supportato con i vari preventivi delle ditte e consigliato sui materiali che mi piacevano, sono stati veramente un ottimo supporto! When I bought the house I knew that the bathroom had to be completely redone, not only for the years but also for how it was structured: long and narrow. My dream was to have a bathtub like in previous houses but I didn't think it would be feasible ... instead I turned to the architects of MBRstudio and they managed to make it happen. They have also created congenial spaces for all objects (phone, towels, etc.)! It is my corner of relaxation at home: beautiful, welcoming and functional! Another suggestion they gave me was to eliminate the boiler and switch to the gas water heater! So I never thought that the hot water could run out! They supported me with various quotes from companies and advised me on the materials I liked, they were really great support!

Avevo già individuato, con l'aiuto di conoscenti, la ditta edile e deciso di avvalermi contemporaneamente del contributo di un architetto amico per realizzare e supervisionare la messa in posa "artistica" di pavimenti e piastrelle. Avevo però bisogno di un direttore dei lavori di cui potermi fidare e di un progetto di ristrutturazione che rendesse oltre che unica la mia abitazione anche funzionale alle mie esigenze attuali e prossime future. Avevo a disposizione solo 62 mq ma volevo realizzare un secondo bagno e una cameretta studiolo. Mi sono rivolto agli architetti dello studio MBR con i quali mi sono trovato subito in sintonia, per l'età, per il dinamismo, per la fiducia e per l'affidabilità che mi hanno ispirato. In tempi molto rapidi ho potuto iniziare e portare a termine la ristrutturazione. I controlli sul lavoro della ditta sono stati puntuali e assidui, sia sui materiali che sul rispetto del budget e ottima è stata la collaborazione tra architetti. Utili i consigli per la disposizione degli arredi. Nel corso dei lavori ho potuto verificare di continuo sia la competenza professionale che le capacità relazionali. Il risultato è stato molto soddisfacente sia in termini di unicità della casa che di funzionalità degli ambienti. Ma soprattutto l'intervento degli architetti dello studio MBR mi ha sollevato dallo stress e permesso di realizzare la casa che volevo. In 2018 I needed to completely renovate the house I bought.
