Dite che verrò ricontattata da un tecnico per il sopralluogo e invece non è assolutamente vero.
Se è questa la vostra professionalità...sono senza parole .
As already reported by email to the company, I expected seriousness and competence from your company.
Instead you treated me like the last of the customers.
Do not answer the phone to my calls and as soon as you see a number other than mine you magically answer.
You say that I will be contacted by a technician for the inspection and instead it is absolutely not true.
If this is your professionalism ... I am speechless.
