Controllo le gomme montate e leggo una marca sconosciuta, non quella concordata all'inizio con il titolare. Non consiglierei questo esercizio commerciale neanche al mio peggior nemico. Mi vergogno di vivere in questa città che amo in questi frangenti

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato qui per chiedere un'inversione dei pneumatici dato che avevo notato di recente una andatura irregolare specialmente andando piano. Il gommista, nel procedere, ha notato un problema con le mie vecchie gomme, due delle quali si erano ovalizzate. Subito mi ha proposto delle gomme da poter subito installare oppure attendere il giorno dopo per un'altra marca. In maniera molto cortese e rapida ha eseguito il lavoro di sostituzione.
Al termine mi ha rilasciato, oltre lo scontrino con il dettaglio, anche una tessera con le caratteristiche delle gomme nuove e il promemoria sull'inversione da fare tra 10'000 km.

He immediately offered me tires that I could install immediately or wait for the next day for another brand. Very courteously and quickly he carried out the replacement work.
At the end, in addition to the receipt with the details, he also issued me a card with the characteristics of the new tires and a reminder on the reversal to be done in 10,000 km.
