La mia "colpa" è aver spiegato male il guasto, a suo dire, ma non essendo un tecnico antennista e non conoscendo bene i nomi delle parti dell'antenna non mi sembra un fatto così grave. Fatto sta che se ne è andato dicendo che "non si può lavorare così, non torno più", comportamento fuori luogo con un cliente. Lo sconsiglio vivamente, poteva benissimo andare a vedere qual'era il guasto e magari aggiustarla, è un tecnico immagino l'avrebbe saputo fare...in fondo non l'ho chiamato gratis! A SEGUITO DELLA RISPOSTA DEL PROPRIETARIO: Come fa a dire che casca in pezzi la parabola se non l'ha nemmeno vista? Inoltre le ho inviato la posizione, sapeva dove abito piuttosto è un tecnico un pò sprovvisto visto che non aveva attrezzi per ripararla o sostituirla. Piuttosto aggiunga nelle note dell'attività che opera solo entro un tot di Km. (Anche se Terni/Narni sono solo 20 km ovvio che l'avrei pagata ma non mi ha dato nemmeno la possibilità!)
