Il giorno dell'appuntamento ci siamo recati allo studio e dopo aver bussato ripetutamente nessuno ha aperto (c'era anche un'altra persona che aspettava e che era venuto appositamente da fuori città).Inoltre dalla finestra del piano superiore si affaccia una persona anziana che ci chiede in malo modo chi fossimo. Alla nostra risposta comincia a sbraitare dicendo che è impossibile che il figlio ci abbia dato un appuntamento poiché era a Bologna per un congresso..
Non ci sono parole per descrivere la mancanza di professionalità di questo medico..avrebbe almeno potuto disdire gli appuntamenti...
I had booked a visit for my partner. On the day of the appointment we went to the studio and after knocking repeatedly no one opened (there was also another person who was waiting and who had come specially from out of town) .In addition, an elderly person looks out from the window on the upper floor. who ask us in a bad way who we were. At our reply he begins to rant saying that it is impossible that the son has given us an appointment since he was in Bologna for a congress ..
There are no words to describe the lack of professionalism of this doctor ... he could at least have canceled the appointments ...
