Peccato che oggi mi trovo purtroppo costretta visto il danno visivo a effettuare un taglio drastico per cercare di porre rimedio . Lunghezze differenti, sforbiciate e vuoti in testa come se avessi buchi, taglio ingestibile e senza forma. Da donna non auguro a nessuno di guardarsi allo specchio una volta rientrata a casa e vergognarsi di uscire nuovamente. Sono a Bergamo da 5 anni ,ne ho girati di parrucchieri ma ogni volta non è mancata una grande delusione per il risultato. Ora finalmente dopo tanti anni ho trovato uno studio che fa per me!!! Personale cordiale , efficiente ,e tanto professionale ???. Ve lo consiglio!!!! A few days ago I was in the MAXRO studio. As soon as I entered they welcomed me with smiles and kindness. I have been in Bergamo for 5 years, I have visited hairdressers but every time there has been a great disappointment with the result. Now finally after many years I have found a studio that's right for me !!! Friendly, efficient, and very professional staff ???. I recommend it !!!!
F	Fastemar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci sono stata qualche anno fa; abitavo in zona, ne parlavano bene e mi sono fidata. Ho preso l'appuntamento e sono arrivata poco prima. Mi hanno fatto attendere circa mezz'ora prima di chiamarmi al lavaggio, e va beh, lì per lì pensavo che un po' di ritardo può capitare. Una volta lavati i capelli, però, mi hanno piantata in asso con la testa bagnata per più di un'ora. Ogni tanto, mentre tranquillamente servivano le altre clienti e si perdevano in mille chiacchiere, mi dicevano che sarebbero arrivati subito e invece nulla. Ho atteso 60 minuti, poi me ne sono andata. Mentre già ero sulla porta e solo a quel punto - dopo, ripeto, oltre un'ora e mezza in totale! - il proprietario (che era presente nel salone, intento alle ciance) si è degnato di porre attenzione alla situazione. Allora ha cercato di mettere una pezza chiedendomi se avessi preso l'appuntamento, come se quella potesse essere una scusa per il loro comportamento vergognoso. Lo trovo inqualificabile, punto primo perché sapeva benissimo la risposta e mi ha vista, poteva considerarmi prima. Punto secondo, perché anche se non avessi avuto un appuntamento è lui che mi ha fatta accomodare al lavaggio. So he tried to patch it up by asking me if I'd made the appointment, as if that might be an excuse for their shameful behavior. I find it unspeakable, first point because he knew the answer very well and saw me, he could have considered me earlier. Second point, because even if I hadn't had an appointment, he was the one who made me sit in the wash.
