La superficialità e la scortesia verso il cliente può essere pagata molto cara, vi ricordo che il cliente può essere inesperto ed è vostra premura seguirlo e venirgli incontro per qualsiasi esigenza.
Aggiungo ulteriore esperienza: mi sono recata nuovamente nel punto vendita per acquistare un guinzaglio allungabile per il mio cane, un buon prodotto peccato il disordine e la sporcizia. Aprendo un libretto istruzioni contenuto nella confezione ho trovato dei vermi che si saranno formati dopo mesi di mancata pulizia. In questa situazione di emergenza la cura per il reparto dovrebbe essere una priorità!

Presenza di refrigeratori abbastanza forniti per alimentazione BARF.
Presenza di reparto cappotti e accessori per cani.
Presenza di sistemi di sicurezza per il trasporto in auto dei nostri amici a 4 zampe.
Tante marche note, molte delle quali, purtroppo, non sono certificate per i test anti crudeltà (no cruelty test).
Nel complesso negozio ben curato e abbastanza fornito.
Vendono anche animali vivi come uccellini pesci e piccoli roditori.
Sotto il punto di vista dei prezzi non può competere con i siti di e-commerce.
Utile in caso di emergenza cibo.
Ampio parcheggio laterale in "condivisione" con il "fai da te" li accanto.
