c	cristian bre on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprato un cavo prodotto dal titolare per attrezzatura da palestra, al primo utilizzo sulla Lat machine cavo tranciato con conseguente caduta e schiacciata di dita, chiamo per informare dell'accaduto non pretendendo danni (cosa che avrei potuto fare) e non mi viene nemmeno chiesto se mi ero fatto male ma mi vengono dette banalità del tipo che quel cavo regge fino a tot quintali quindi non ci si spiega come sia potuto accadere etc. Quando riconsegno il cavo rotto con scontrino al primo tentativo mi viene detto che mancano i 3 morsetti (costo caduno:25 cent), settimana dopo consegno il tutto e mi vengono restituiti 20 euro su 60 pagati perche: la mano d'opera e l'Iva lui non vuole rimetterceli. Auguratevi solo di non dover aver a che fare per problemi o questo sarà il trattamento che riceverete. Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo esposto le nostre esigenze nel voler sostituire il vecchio van camperizzato.. bene qua viene la professionalità del titolare Paolo, il quale dopo averci ascoltato ha subito proposto un modello che rispecchiava tutte le nostre esigenze. Si vede che la sua passione si e' trasformata in un lavoro, e conosce il mondo dei camper a fondo perché lui stesso li usa, li vive e poi impara pregi e difetti.E così e' stato. Sostituito il nostro vecchio van con il camper usato che ci aveva consigliato a distanza di un anno e mezzo possiamo fare una recensione obiettiva. Ottimo camper. Ottimo servizio perché nonostante qualche noia col frigo lui e' sempre disponibile, cortese e serio. Noi abitiamo a 300km da Maxisport, quindi per organizzare eventuali "riparazioni" non e' stato semplice ma nonostante la distanza, il post vendita lo ritengo ottimo per come e' stato sempre efficace... E poi diciamolo.. da cliente che acquista un usato qualche imperfezione ci si aspetta sempre.. Cmq consiglio a chiunque capiti in zona e sia appassionato di camper di farci un salto e vedere tutta la gamma di veicoli (anche particolari) che ha. Consigliatissimo quindi sia il posto, sia il servizio vendita/assistenza post vendita di Paolo. We stumbled upon his mega camper shop in January 2020. We have replaced our old van with the used camper that he had recommended to us after a year and a half we can do an objective review. Great camper. Excellent service because despite some trouble with the fridge he is always available, courteous and serious. We live 300km from Maxisport, so to organize any "repairs" it was not easy but despite the distance, I think the after-sales service is excellent for how it has always been effective ... And let's face it .. as a customer who buys a used some imperfection is always expected .. Anyway I recommend to anyone who happens to be in the area and is passionate about campers to drop by and see the whole range of vehicles (even particular ones) that it has. Therefore, both the place and Paolo's sales / after-sales service are highly recommended.

Ho acquistato online una giacca Rossignol per mia figlia, arrivata rovinata, cerniera rotta, bucata, un pezzo di stoffa sembra bruciato come se gli avessero passato un ferro da stiro molto caldo, apro un ticket per la sostituzione. Dopo una telefonata dove mi chiedevano di mandare foto, più nulla. Foto mandate, reclamo inoltrato, spariti. Non va bene. Mai più. Definitely to be avoided. I bought a Rossignol jacket for my daughter online, it arrived ruined, zipper broken, with holes in it, a piece of fabric looks burnt as if it had been handed a very hot iron, I open a ticket for a replacement. After a phone call where they asked me to send photos, nothing more. Photos sent, complaint filed, disappeared. That's no good. Never again.
