★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voglio condividere la mia esperienza per giustificare le 5 stelle assegnate (se ci fossero state più stelle le avrei messe).
Sono proprietario di un A6 Tdi 3000 quattro ruote motrici cambio automatico e ultimamente non la sentivo più reattiva e tutte le officine che avevano testato il mio cambio (Bergamo, Milano e Brescia comprese) mi avevano detto che era da sostituire al 100 %.
Portata in questa officina già con accordo di effettuare la riparazione mi richiamano dopo poche ore dicendomi che il problema non era il cambio ma bensì solo 2 problemi sull'elettronica. Problema risolto la vettura è tornata brillante e perfetta.
Da oggi sarà la mia officina di fiducia.
I want to share my experience to justify the 5 stars assigned (if there were more stars I would have put them).
I own an A6 Tdi 3000 four-wheel drive automatic transmission and lately I have not felt more responsive and all the workshops that had tested my gearbox (Bergamo, Milan and Brescia included) had told me that it was to be replaced 100%.
Brought to this workshop already with an agreement to carry out the repair, they call me back after a few hours telling me that the problem was not the change but only 2 problems on the electronics. Problem solved the car came back brilliant and perfect.
From today it will be my trusted workshop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Officina fantastica! Ho trovato competenza professionalità e disponibilità ad ascoltare e consigliare le soluzioni migliori, in officina regna ordine e pulizia, mi sono stati mostrati i pezzi sostitui accompagnati da fotografie che documentavano il lavoro svolto.
Ciliegina sulla torta, la competenza va molto oltre quella che occorre per le vetture di serie in quanto per chi possiede una vettura da gara può risolvere qualsiasi problema e raggiungere qualsiasi risultato possibile.
La definirei un oasi della tranquillità per le vetture di serie e il mondo dei sogni per chi ama lo sport...

Fantastic workshop! I found competence, professionalism and willingness to listen and recommend the best solutions, order and cleanliness reigns in the workshop, I was shown the replacement pieces accompanied by photographs that documented the work done.
To top it off, the expertise goes far beyond what is needed for mass production cars as for anyone who owns a race car, he can solve any problem and achieve any possible result.
I would call it an oasis of tranquility for series cars and the world of dreams for those who love sports ...

Alla consegna non è stato fatto neanche il cambio olio e i problemi della macchina non sono stati risolti.
Assolutamente da evitare
Machine held for a month and continuous delivery delays.
Upon delivery, the oil was not changed either and the machine problems were not solved.

Naturalmente non finita, aspettando ulteriori sette mesi per la messa a punto finale che non c'è stata.
Da evitare assolutamente.
