★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attenzione tempo massimo per il cambio una settimana, dopo 10 giorni volendo potrebbero farlo ma sono scortesi e non lo fanno! Una fregatura specialmente sotto Natale. In più non trovando lo scontrino ma avendo pagato con bancomat ho chiesto gentilmente il duplicato ma trovano delle scuse. Ho speso circa 100,00 in dieci giorni ma non importa, non sono per nulla disponibili e oggi hanno perso 6 clienti.
Attention maximum time for changing a week, after 10 days if you want they could do it but they are rude and they don't! A rip-off especially during Christmas. In addition, not finding the receipt but having paid by debit card I politely asked for the duplicate but they find excuses. I spent about 100.00 in ten days but it doesn't matter, they are not available at all and today they have lost 6 customers.
