β β β β β They refused to accept return of a defective coffee maker (mocha) I bought from them few days ago for 6 Euros. Motivated the refusal by mocha *BEING USED* (how else I would determine that it's defective? and they knew it). Even though it was perfectly clean with no signs of use. Yes, the prices are low and the staff is polite, but this was disgusting. Over 6 Euros!
