Incontro l'azienda presso una fiera di animali esotici, mi fanno una bella impressione e acquisto un furettino bello vispo e che sembra in ottima salute (e per fortuna stava bene sul serio!). Nel tragitto verso casa mi accorgo che nel libretto vaccinale che mi avevano consegnato c'era solo la vaccinazione, ma nessuna traccia della data di nascita e del Paese di origine. Ho pensato subito ad un errore in buona fede vista la fretta di quelle fiere. Li chiamo, nessuno risponde. Mando un messaggio e mi si risponde con la data di nascita. Alla richiesta del Paese di origine silenzio tombale, finché con insistenza sono riuscito a farmi rispondere. Mi è stato detto che I FURETTI SONO STATI ACQUISTATI E VISTO CHE NON SONO STATI ALLEVATI DA LORO NON POTEVANO SAPERE LA NAZIONALITà E COME VENIVANO ALIMENTATI AL MOMENTO DLELO SVEZZAMENTO. Fossero stati altri animali ci poteva anche stare, ma vi ricordo che i furetti sono molto sensibili alla rabbia e l'importazione di questi animali richiede OBBLIGATORIAMENTE il vaccina e la registrazione dell'animale all'ASL. Quindi visto che non mi è stato risposto se questo furettino è italiano o meno, mi dite dove sta la serietà dell'azienda? Altro punto. I cuccioli di furetto sono ALTAMENTE sensibili al cambio di dieta. Quindi una persona che vende animali DEVE conoscere queste particolarità perché devono essere comunicate al possessore finale. IRRESPONSABILI E PER NULLA PROFESSIONALI. NON ACQUISTATE DA LORO. Bought animals, yes, BUT FROM WHERE? La cosa che più mi ha colpito è stata la sua disponibilità a socializzare ed interagire con noi fin dai primi minuti che è arrivata in casa. Il temperamento gioioso e sereno fa dedurre che in questi 4 mesi sia stata seguita e svezzata a dovere, senza traumi da incuria o isolamento. La comunicazione e l'assistenza è stata davvero ottima e professionale. Per quello che è stata la mia esperienza, quindi posso consigliare sicuramente. We have just purchased a beautiful 4 month old westy. The thing that struck me most was her willingness to socialize and interact with us from the very first minutes she arrived at the house. The joyful and serene temperament suggests that in these 4 months she has been followed and weaned properly, without trauma from neglect or isolation. Communication and assistance was really great and professional. For what my experience was, so I can definitely recommend.

Oltre al fatto che era malata, appena presa l ho ricoverata in clinica 3 giorni, inoltre la veterinaria mi ha detto che era sotto età rispetto i parametri di legge per la vendita di cuccioli! Il titolare si è difeso dicendo che la veterinaria non capisce nulla...da denuncia! Terrible !!!! Bought a poodle that was supposed to be dwarf and instead is toy.
