Comunque, indipendentemente dal fatto che una persona possa trovare velocemente lavoro o meno, mi è piaciuto il fatto che il personale sia stato disponibile e professionale. Infatti c'è stato un colloquio conoscitivo in agenzia all'inizio e mi hanno fatto parecchie domande per conoscere le mie passate esperienze e capire in quale impresa mi sarei trovato meglio. Sembra una cosa banale per un'agenzia del lavoro, ma oggigiorno altre agenzie magari più conosciute, hanno scelto altri approcci, ossia quello di diminuire il personale negli uffici per tagliare i costi e "prestare" i lavoratori all'occorrenza alle imprese che, per un motivo o per l'altro, non possono o vogliono assumerli direttamente. Per far ciò però non si interessano particolarmente alla persona, ma si limitano a spedire curriculum alle imprese senza capire veramente chi è che cerca lavoro. Questo, come ho già detto, alla MAW non mi è successo, per cui per via del personale e dell'impegno che ci hanno messo consiglio questa agenzia a chi sta cercando lavoro. I had the pleasure of having had a working relationship with this agency: within a few days they made me do an interview and in a short time I was hired. However, regardless of whether a person can find work quickly or not, I liked the fact that the staff were helpful and professional. In fact, there was a cognitive interview in the agency at the beginning and they asked me several questions to know my past experiences and understand in which company I would have found myself better. It seems a trivial thing for an employment agency, but nowadays other agencies, perhaps better known, have chosen other approaches, namely that of decreasing the staff in the offices to cut costs and "lend" workers if necessary to companies that, for for one reason or another, they cannot or want to hire them directly. To do this, however, they are not particularly interested in the person, but limit themselves to sending curriculums to companies without really understanding who is looking for a job. This, as I have already said, did not happen to MAW, so due to the staff and the commitment they put into it, I recommend this agency to anyone who is looking for a job.
