Ora ho un problema con gli infissi ( sono sotto garanzia fino a novembre) e inizialmente rispondevano dicendo che sarebbero venuti entro un paio di giorni, ne sono passati 20 e non se ne è vista neanche l'ombra, e ovviamente non hanno neanche più risposto al telefono.... s	sante tombolini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gli infissi in pvc installati dai ragazzi della Mavis sono di ottima qualità e devo anche dire che sono stati montati molto bene. Per quanto riguarda i tempi di consegna e installazione forse arrivano un po' lunghi ma in maniera accettabile. Ottimo anche il prezzo. Consigliato. a	anna ippoliti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ personalmente ho avuto la disgrazia di conoscere questa ditta ma non è degna di chiamarsi cosi a partire dall'arroganza del loro tecnico gli infissi saranno anche esteticamente belli ....ma ho fatto fare fortunatamente solo le finestre .di due bagni. Perché oltre il fatto che un vetro era macchiato e la guarnizione piegata .....il freddo e il vento entra in casa in maniera eccessiva ….e' come avere due finestre aperte con i termosifoni accesi …ecco perché non mi hanno mai rilasciato i documenti per il risparmio energetico …nn volevo pagare il saldo fino a che non mi mettessero apposto le finestre ......ma dopo la troppa insistenza del tecnico ho saldato il conto con la promessa da parte loro di venire a sistemare queste due finestre …questo e 'successo anno scorso non si sono mai degnati di fare una sola chiamata ....io ho due disabili in casa e quando gli faccio la doccia in quei bagni cosi freddi maledico il giorno di aver incontrato una ditta cosi poco seria e una vergogna.....ho messo una stella semplicemente perché altrimenti non la pubblicano ....ma non meritata I personally had the misfortune of knowing this company but it is not worthy to be called that starting from the arrogance of their technician the fixtures will also be aesthetically beautiful .... but fortunately I only made the windows. of two bathrooms. Complice il lockdown la consegna si è protratta per alcuni mesi.. Ma l installazione è avvenuta in maniera perfetta. Probabilmente devono migliorare l aspetto comunicativo.. E dire che i tempi possono essere lunghi ma detto questo non ho avuto nessun problema I found the company by looking on the internet .. I called and they immediately came to give me a quote. Li ho dovuti chiamare e richiamare per arrivare all'istallazione effettuata il 19 dicembre scorso. Esteticamente i prodotti sono belli. Peccato che ispezionando il lavoro, mi sono accorto che una finestra era stata istallata come vedete in foto, lasciata praticamente aperta. Ho dovuto chiudere il buco con un tappeto e della carta. Ma vi sembra? Meno male che avevano fatto il sopralluogo. Hanno fatto diverse promesse di venire a casa a sistemare, anche alterandosi quando li ho attaccati vs il 20 gennaio perché avevano promesso di venire un venerdì e naturalmente non si sono presentati. Oggi 28 febbraio stiamo ancora aspettando che vengano. Le altre finestre hanno spifferi da tutte le parti, perché per fare in fretta hanno risparmiato sul silicone.
