★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il personale è molto gentile. La ragazza che mi ha fatto le analisi non solo è stata bravissima a prendere subito la vena ma è anche stata di una dolcezza unica. Complimenti a tutto lo staff, soprattutto alla ragazza con i capelli ricci all'ingresso che è di una pazienza, nonostante la maleducazione di alcune persone.
The staff is very nice. The girl who gave me the analyzes was not only very good at immediately taking the vein but she was also of a unique sweetness. Congratulations to all the staff, especially the girl with curly hair at the entrance who is patient despite the rudeness of some people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale molto scorretto, dopo aver aspettato un mese per l'esame in convenzione ti chiamano il giorno prima per disdirti l'appuntamento telefonata da parte della signora Elena ma stesso lei mi garantisce che il mese successivo dopo che io l avessi richiamata mi avrebbero fatto fare l'esame, ovviamente io ho chiamato ho chiesto della signora Elena ma lei ovviamente si e' negata al telefono e da un altra collega mi ha fatto mettere in lista dicendomi di richiamare dopo qualche giorno e mi avrebbero dato la data ho richiamato piu volte e qui ha dell'incredibile perche' una signora al telefono mi ha detto che erano pieni e se ne parlava addirittura dopo un mese o due, un altra invece affermava che il mese corrente nn avrebbero proprio fatto gli esami, praticamente stanno in confusione totale e ovviamente veniamo penalizzati noi utenti perche' questi pensano che uno si va a fare gli esami cosi per perdere tempo, un consiglio voglio dare a questa struttura siate piu' umili e ricordatevi che le persone vengono da voi ma ne farebbero volentieri a meno pur di stare meglio
Very incorrect staff, after waiting a month for the exam in the convention, they call you the day before to cancel the appointment. the exam, obviously I called I asked for Mrs. Elena but she obviously refused the phone and from another colleague made me put on the list telling me to call back after a few days and they would give me the date I called back several times and here it is unbelievable because a lady on the phone told me that they were full and they even talked about them after a month or two, another one instead stated that the current month they would not have really done the exams, practically they are in total confusion and obviously we users are penalized because they think that one goes to take exams so to waste time, a piece of advice I want to give to this structure be more humble and remember there is that people come to you but would gladly do without it in order to get better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato al Mavis per due volte, essendo di Ercolano non lo conoscevo, è stata una esperienza molto positiva, il personale è molto disponibile e le infermiere mettono sempre a proprio agio, in particolare mi ha colpito molto il parcheggiatore, non ho mai incontrato in vita mia un parcheggiatore così educato e gentile. Lo consiglio a tutti.
I have been to Mavis twice, being from Herculaneum I did not know it, it was a very positive experience, the staff are very helpful and the nurses always put you at ease, in particular I was very impressed by the valet, I have never met in my life such a polite and kind valet. I recommend it to everybody.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolta al centro Mavis per analisi ed esami di routine e sono sempre rimasta colpita dalla gentilezza di tutto lo staff ad iniziare dalla signora Loredana, al front desk, sempre cortese e paziente. Recentemente ho avuto bisogno di sedute di riabilitazione e sono stata seguita dalla referente del gruppo di fisioterapia, Aurea, molto competente e disponibile, qualità che ho riscontrato anche in tutto il team. Sono, inoltre, rimasta soddisfatta dei macchinari usati nel percorso di riabilitazione, decisamente innovativi, che sono stati un valido supporto al mio recupero.
I went to the Mavis center for routine analyzes and examinations and I have always been struck by the kindness of all the staff, starting with Ms. Loredana, at the front desk, always courteous and patient. I recently needed rehabilitation sessions and I was followed by the referent of the physiotherapy group, Aurea, very competent and helpful, a quality that I also found in the whole team. I was also satisfied with the machines used in the rehabilitation process, decidedly innovative, which were a valid support for my recovery.
