M	Marva Grilli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi pomeriggio sono venuta a farmi i capelli nel salone a senigallia. Mauro non c'era. Volevo aggiustare il taglio e mi è stato detto che c'era un'assistente che lo sostituiva. Mi sono fermata. La ragazza mi ha tagliato e i capelli e poichè avevo qualche ciocca colorata di una vecchia tinta, mi ha suggerito di fare anche il colore. Ero perplessa ma lei mi ha convinto mostrandomi la tinta (platino) di una sua collega. Ho cercato di dire che in passato avevo fatto altre due volte la decolorazione ma non era stato un successo, però non nel loro salone. Lei mi ha assicurato che sarebbe riuscita nell'intento. Mi è stata fatta la decolorazione e dopo aver sciacquato i capelli (cortissimi)si è resa conto che non era sufficiente e mi ha fatto una seconda decolorazione. Dopo circa 20 minuti avevo un notevole prurito e dopo qualche minuto mi hanno risciacquato. Dopo ha iniziato a mettermi la tinta ma a quel punto mi bruciava la testa da farmi lacrimare gli occhi. Ho detto alla ragazza di fermarsi e mi ha sciacquato di nuovo. Mi sono specchiata ed avevo il cuioio capelluto viola e scottava. L'ho detto alla ragazza e lei ha risposto che aveva i guanti e non si è resa conte. Mi ha fatto una tinta all'olio e quando mi sono specchiata ho visto che i miei capelli erano prevalentemente gialli. Mi sono arrabbiata. Mi hanno fatto un'altra tinta per smorzare il giallo. Alla fine ho la testa di due o tre colori, una piega che fa schifo perchè solo il tocco della spazzola mi provocava bruciore. Mi hanno fatto pagare 70€ di taglio perchè bontà loro, la tinta non l'ho pagata. Da quando sono arrivata a casa mi sono dovuta mettere il ghiaccio in testa per il bruciore. MI VERGOGNO AD USCIRE DI CASA IN QUESTE CONDIZIONI e sono terrorizzata all'idea di fare una nuova tinta...grazie Mauro. Esperienza interessante ma ne avrei fatto volentieri a meno. This afternoon I came to get my hair in the salon in Senigallia. Mauro was not there. I wanted to fix the cut and was told there was an assistant replacing it. I stopped. The girl cut me and my hair and since I had some colored locks of an old color, she suggested that I also do the color. I was perplexed but she convinced me by showing me the color (platinum) of one of her colleagues. I tried to say that in the past I had done the bleaching two more times but it had not been a success, but not in their salon. She assured me that she would succeed. I was bleached and after rinsing my hair (very short) she realized that it was not enough and she made me a second bleach. After about 20 minutes I had a significant itch and after a few minutes they rinsed me. Then she started to put the tint on me but at that point my head was burning and my eyes were watering. I told the girl to stop and she rinsed me again. I looked at myself and had a purple and hot scalp. I told the girl and she replied that she had gloves on and didn't count. He gave me an oil tint and when I looked at myself I saw that my hair was mostly yellow. I got angry. They made me another tint to soften the yellow. In the end I have the head of two or three colors, a crease that sucks because only the touch of the brush caused me burning. They made me pay € 70 for cutting because their goodness, I didn't pay for the color. Ever since I got home I have had to put ice on my head from the burning. I am ashamed to leave the house in these conditions and I am terrified at the idea of making a new tint ... thanks Mauro. Interesting experience but I would have gladly done without.

Invece in 20 minuti tra lavaggio taglio e piega sono uscita dal salone con capelli corti alle spalle...e senza una forma...e poi x 20 minuti di servizio ho pagato 75.00 euro !!!! Piango i mie capelli che l'unico modo x tenerli un Po apposto e legarli ...e anche legati sono da schifo....non vedo lora che ricrescano...grazie !!! Mai piu!!! I cry my hair that the only way to keep them a bit affixed and tie them ... and also tied are disgusting .... I can't see them growing back ... thanks !!! Never again!!!

Never been to a better hairdresser, in a very short time ago spectacular cuts, especially in the following weeks and months they remain perfect for a long time!
