★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just bought my dream car (LEXUS LS 460) from Mauro Automobili.
Since I live in the Netherland and the car was for sale in Italia I asked so many questions but the service and reply from Federico was perfect.
He spoke good English and before I booked my flight (with a friend) to Bologna he made sure I knew all details about the car.
He even picked me and my friend up from the airport and explained a lot of options while driving the car (since the car has so many options).
After I paid the car we mounted my temporary license plates, I asked him where me and my friend could have a good lunch and he advised me to go to a beautiful local restaurant.
We had a great meal and when I asked the bill the owner said that we didn’t have to pay since Federico (from Mauro Automobili) would pay!!
We drove the car back in two days and Federico asked a few times via WhatsApp if all is OK, when I arrived home in the Netherlands he informed me he would send the official export document by airmail asap.
Had to admit that I was a bit frightened to buy a car so far away (1300+ km) but the service was outstanding, really perfect!!!
I would do it again without any hesitation!!!
