A causa del coronavirus ho dovuto attendere il mio turno all'esterno. Una volta giunto all'interno mi sono recato dal Dottore che mi ha visitato adottando tutte le precauzione necessarie. È stata una visita dettagliata e scrupolosa. La professionalità e la capacità di comunicazione hanno reso tutto molto tranquillo e rassicurante. I went to Dr. De Ciccio for an ear problem. The studio is located in Sarzana, just outside the historic center, in a newly built building. Due to the coronavirus I had to wait my turn outside. Once I got inside I went to the Doctor who visited me taking all the necessary precautions. It was a detailed and painstaking visit. Professionalism and communication skills made everything very peaceful and reassuring.
